About Her Life
Ma Erica Kah-Eli Feh Tah épouse Muyamah was born on 5th July 1972 in Limbe, South West Region, Cameroon, to Godlove Babila Tah and Esther Mankwie Nchinda épouse Tah, both of blessed memory.
She began her primary education at CBC Great Soppo and completed it at CBC Nkwen, Bamenda, when the family relocated to the North West Region. She attended Longla Comprehensive High School, where she studied Commercial Studies where she obtained GCE ordinary levels, and went on to Progressive Comprehensive High School, Mankon where she obtained her GCE advance levels. She then attended the National Co-operative College Bamenda, earning a Diploma in Co-operative Business Management and Accounting.
She relocated to Douala, where she married Mr Muyamah Anthony, of blessed memory, and together they had two children, Monica Ngwafu Muyamah and Godlove Asangha Muyamah.
Her working life was given to the co-operative movement. She served in support of co-operative credit union financial institutions before moving to the United States in 2003, settling in Maryland and Delaware where she continued her undergraduate and postgraduate education. After six years she returned home to Cameroon and resumed the work she loved, serving small and medium-sized co-operative credit institutions across the North West and Littoral Regions.
She lived by the words of Philippians 2:4- that we should look not only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others. This was not a verse she quoted; it was simply how she treated every person who crossed her path. She gave her attention, her time and her care freely, and many who were not her own children called her mother.
